IT Help Desk Technician

The Information Technology Technician is responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in accordance with the company's IT governance and policies.
**Responsibilities:**
+ _Change Management_
+ _Configuration Management_
+ _IT Inventory_
+ _Workplace (software platform for end user based on OS Windows)_
+ _Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)_
+ _Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)_
+ _Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)_
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education level:** Technical degree in IT related field
+ **Knowledge required:** generalist in IT support, IT sustaining, IT infrastructure, IT connectivity, IT systems and industrial automation.
+ At least 3 years in this area of work
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
