Provides the end user with qualitative assistance in the use of software and contributes to change management.
Ensures change management: supports users during the installation of new software, participates in the definition of training courses, capitalizes on the sharing of experiences, etc.
Assists and advises the end user: detects users experiencing difficulty, identifies the desired functional improvements, intervenes during incidents by seeking the necessary resources, etc.
Guarantees the quality and performance of the functioning of applications in his/her domain: ensures that the quality and consistency of the answers provided to users are respected, carries out qualitative and quantitative analyses of the actions in his/her area of responsibility, sets standards for the smooth operation and installation of system solutions, defines software, hardware and network requirements, etc.
Notifies project participants of requests for changes and malfunctions
