Job Description

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a diligent, professional, and personable IT Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Minor Hotels Australasia. This full-time role is based at our Corporate Office in the Brisbane CBD.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, which is central to our operations. Your IT administration skills will be utilized to deliver high-quality support to both Corporate and Property staff within Minor Hotels.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to travel to our Maroochydore Head Office for initial training.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Monitor and maintain operational systems to agreed service levelsManage Helpdesk ticketsImplement minor enhancements to existing operational systems, where appropriateRestore normal service operation as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business, whilst ensuring that availability and service levels are maintained.Continuously gain knowledge of reverent product offerings and systemsUnderstand current support polices and methods of support deliveryEstablish and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff and head office teamReport on relevant service level data on daily basis

Qualifications

To be successful you will need:

Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology or similar (preferred)Minimum 12 months experience in a similar roleAn understanding of the Microsoft stack, including Servers, Active Directory and Office365An understanding of Helpdesk Systems, Citrix Xenapp and configuring Mobile Phones using and MDMStrong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with executives, managers, staff, and external parties in a professional and positive mannerSuperior attention to detail and time management skillsAvailability to work full time hours, Monday - Friday, as well as availability to be rostered on call for afterhours support when required
