IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support
5 days/week onsite in Moline, IL
12 month Contract w/ extension
40/hrs per week
General Comments
PURPOSE
* Provide hardware, software, and mobile support for business and IT users within the organization
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Desktop support experience or IT internship.
* Certifications are a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Knowledge in one or more of the following: troubleshooting PC hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; troubleshooting PC software issues; IT Phone support
* Strong analytical skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to make decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, and work effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently.
