IT HelpDesk Technician

You Will:

Be responsible for handling Help Desk support in both a corporate and manufacturing environment across multiple sites Provision computer hardware/software Manage computer inventory and supplies Triage, prioritize, and remedy end-user issues Manage projects in a results-oriented environment On-Site weekdays during normal business hours

You Bring:

A minimum of 4+ years of technical IT support experience Excellent customer service, ethics, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, broad knowledge of Microsoft products, corporate enterprise software, and network troubleshooting Hands-on experience with computer hardware repair Demonstrated knowledge of technical ability across a wide range of hardware, software, and mobile platforms Demonstrated knowledge of networking, DNS/DHCP, Active Directory, etc. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Demonstrated project management skills Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

BS or equivalent work experience Demonstrated experience with scripting or programming Microsoft Desktop Technician Certification (MCTS) or appropriate experience Experience with CAD applications CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+)
