IT HR and Incentive Compensation Team Lead
**QUALIFICATIONS:** + Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning multiple Finance and HR stakeholder communities.  Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process. + Capable of communicating appropriate level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies + Ability to think creatively and recognize, develop and encourage creativity in others + Possess a solid understanding of Product Ownership, Agile, Lean and Scrum principles and build it in others + Strong understanding of either HR and/or incentive compensation business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes + Experience with ADP Vantage, Callidus, Oracle EPM as well as custom software applications or equivalent systems experience is needed + Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development or consulting experience inenterprise level solutions + Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle + Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or a related technicalfield + Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations + Good project management skills + Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) + Independent, self-motivated The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
