IT Implementation Engineer
Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an IT Implementation Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization's goals. **Job Title:** IT Implementation Engineer **Location:** FULLY REMOTE **Pay Range:** Competitive **Schedule:** 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday **What's the Job?** + Coordinate the provisioning of telephony, fax, and alarm services for branch locations. + Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth installation of new services and disconnection of old services. + Manage multiple installation projects simultaneously while consulting with branch resources to define needs and requirements. + Analyze locations for new or existing voice/data services and order via vendor portals. + Ensure timely and accurate documentation and tracking of work-order activities in defined enterprise tools. **What's Needed?** + At least three years of experience in voice telecommunications. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel). + Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively. + Familiarity with project/task management systems preferred (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project, Planner). **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work at the forefront of technology in telecommunications. + Engage in a dynamic work environment with diverse teams. + Enhance your project management and coordination skills. + Contribute to impactful projects that support branch operations. + Be part of a collaborative culture that values communication and teamwork.
