EquipmentShare is searching for a IT Implementation Manager for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.  

Job Summary: EquipmentShare is seeking a It Implementation Manager for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to lead a comprehensive overhaul of our IT systems, align technology with business goals, and drive digital innovation.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes, Implementation Specialists/Team

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Act as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring IT alignment with business objectives and facilitating technology integration across departments. Lead change management efforts, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement, to ensure smooth transitions during the technical change process. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners, to drive collaboration and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives. Serve as a hands-on leader willing to engage in technical details, troubleshooting, and problem-solving as necessary. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT transformation projects, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Oversee the quality management process for ongoing IT projects, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and consistency across deliverables. Implement continual improvement practices to optimize IT processes, services, and overall performance, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancement. Establish and regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of IT transformation efforts. Foster a culture of continual service improvement by encouraging feedback, monitoring performance metrics, and leading initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding IT performance metrics, project status, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

Strong interest in technology and project management, familiarity with technical transformation, and continual Improvement pipeline is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of formulas & pivot tables, Experience with automation, VBA, and Macros is a plus Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall, hybrid) is a plus. Document process flows of information for key business processes, identifying the systems, risks, key reports used, and relevant internal controls with respect to the project lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of current IT trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to navigate and drive change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2-4 years experience (people management, process & improvement management and project management).

Physical Requirements:
