IT Infrastructure Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

This position will play a key role on the enGen Virtual Health IT / Telemedicine team that will be primarily accountable for supporting highly available applications and their respective vendors including, but not limited to, Vidyo, eCareManager, Teladoc, Caregility and Care.ai.  These applications and endpoint devices allow our clinicians to interact with the patient regarding assessments, consultations and clinical monitoring. This role will facilitate our virtual health offerings by allowing us to provide and support these tools to facilitate remote workflows for our clinicians.  This results-oriented job requires a solid understanding of Windows and Linux Server environments and a reasonable understanding of hospital departments and their functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The core responsibilities of this role are to:

1) Install, Upgrade, and Manage the above listed applications and servers in all test and production environments

2) Provide support in the event of unexpected downtimes

3) Maintain software and hardware inventories

4) Provide problem determination, performance, enhancement, and capacity planning for our telemedicine solutions and

5) Provide onsite support at various locations throughout the Western Pa network for go-live installations, as well as steady-state troubleshooting

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE

Required

1-3 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

Experience in telemedicine software products and implementations highly desiredWindows/Linux background

Pay Range Minimum:

$50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$90,300.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.  The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
