IT Infrastructure CZ

Scope of support - take care of IT belongings for the Prysmian Group in Czech Republic at the location of Velke Mezirici and periodically in Warsaw/Poland
 

- 1st and 2nd level support (ITIL based) - Troubleshooting SW and HW, Remote support of the location, manage to work with our Ticket system
 

-Implement and design ICT system concepts (hardware and software including networks, databases, use of operating systems, etc.) within the framework of a given corporate ICT strategy and government
 

- Integration of applications in the existing system environment
 

- Ensure Lifecycle management of networked components in the locations (above)

- Provide data on IT CAPEX and OPEX (budget) planning for CZ/PL

- Act as a focal point of contact for general IT requests for CZ/PL

- Main contact for HQ team in case of trouble shooting in CZ/PL, mandatory English language
 

- Participate in state-of-the-art technologies implementations (digitalization projects of the group) and EU wide projects
 

- Report directly to the IT infrastructure lead of the Central East Europe IT-Team and EU Team

- Supervise, implement and follow up projects, as well as analyze, design and set-up of new systems worldwide in the Group

- Coordinate external service provider, analyze possible solutions for implementation and negotiate scope of services with system providers and internal specialists.

- Contribute to regional IT infrastructure activities / projects
