Position Purpose
Responsible for the design, development and completion of short/long term IT engineering projects in the Technology Services plant environment to achieve Business objectives.Lead and direct service and lifecycle management of IT and Operational Technology in the Service Centres.Maintain specialized knowledge of emerging and new technologies to build better IT solutions to support and drive business goals and decisions.Responsible for day-to-day operations such as on-call duties on a 24/7 365 day coverage and maintenance of Technology Services Equipment in the industrial environment.Position is required to be onsite at least 4 days of the weekLocation: Madrid

Produce an optimal design for the project translating Business and IT requirements into a service modelManage large-scale IT service centre engineering projects which are complex and varied in nature within budgetary and scheduling guidelinesBe the voice of IT in all planning and service centre implementation meetings; collaborate with Real Estate, Health and Safety, Global Process Engineering, and Plant OperationsAsset Mgmt.: Ensure procedural, run books, and site documentation are created and updated. Make sure all key documentation for plant maintenance is kept accurate and updated. Leverage data as part of long term lifecycle management of hardware and software assetsResearch and development of new or emerging technologies used on the industrial technology space with a focus on automation.
