\nThe Infrastructure Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure required to support containerized applications and virtualized systems. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure while aligning with organizational goals and project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on OpenShift, Kubernetes, and virtualized environments.\n Proficiency in managing OpenShift clusters, including installation, scaling, and troubleshooting.\n Experience in managing VMs in on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., VMware, Azure, AWS).\n Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.\n Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD).\n Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\n In-depth understanding of networking concepts, including load balancing, ingress/egress rules, and DNS management.\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n\n
Preferred Skills
\n\n Certification in OpenShift or Kubernetes (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).\n Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and multi-cluster management.\n Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.\n Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.\n\n\n
Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
