This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to develop the Enovix’ IT hardware infrastructure and build and run a high performing IT organization to facilitate the Company’s goal achievement.Responsibilities: Work with organizational leaders to identify the IT business and operational imperatives. Develop the IT strategy for the Company including IT hardware infrastructure, security and communication systems aligned with business goals. Implement IT systems to enable the Company to achieve its corporate objectives. Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT Infrastructure services by monitoring IT Infrastructure performance. Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems. Plan and execute infrastructure projects to enhance scalability, security, and efficiency.Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT Infrastructure staff. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Identify and eliminates security risks. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.Provide escalated technical support for complex issues.Skills and Qualifications: Excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, NAS, Cyber security, and telecommunications systems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.Excellent leadership, problem solving, decision-making skills and team management skills. Proven experience in building high performing teams.In-depth knowledge of networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies. Experience with security protocols and compliance standards. Excellent project management and strategic planning abilities. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 8+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles in IT infrastructure, IT operations, supervising technology teams.Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role leading a team of IT professionals. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Enovix is an equal opportunity employer.
