What we’re looking for…
+ IT Infrastructure Manager with 10+ years of experience who will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure (i.e., Work devices, network, telecom, systems, infrastructure applications), ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability, to support business operations and growth.
+ This role will lead the IT infrastructure team in the US while maintaining close functional alignment within the company's global infrastructure organization.
+ Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus but not required.

What you should know / have:
+ Sound technical knowledge and demonstrable experiences of IT infrastructure components, including systems, networks, storage, and cloud services.
+ Any certifications below would be preferred:
+ Network: CCNA/P, Palo Alto
+ Cloud: AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty, Azure Networking Associate, or Google Cloud Professional Network Engineer
+ Security & Compliance: COBIT, CISSP
+ Service management experience:
+ ITIL Foundation (required)
+ ITIL Advanced (strongly preferred)
+ Demonstrable experiences in leading and building an ITSM oriented team
+ Project management experience:
+ Experiences leading high profile infrastructure projects/programs
+ PMP/CSM (preferred)
Work schedule:
New York Office: 9 am-6 pm EST (Hybrid)
Education & Work Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
+ 10+ years of experience & 5+ years of experience in a team management role
+ Multinational / culture working environment will be a plus
Salary Range
$150,000-$180,000 based on education and experience level.
