Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related Engineering field, or equivalent experience. At least three (3) years of hands-on AWS experience. At least three (3) years of leading a team of DevOps engineers. At least two (2) years in a managerial or team supervisory technical lead role. At least seven (7) years solid technical expertise supporting infrastructure for large-scale enterprise applications. Working knowledge of IT security frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, SP 800-171, HITRUST, or SOC 2. United States citizenship required. Ability to receive client’s approval to work on contract required. Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included). Proficient in Windows and Linux administration. Strong management, mentoring, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment. BI Incorporated Responsibilities Summary The IT Infrastructure Services Manager is responsible for managing the design, deployment, and support of cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including networks, servers, and telecom systems. This role leads a team of DevOps, Network Engineers, and Telecom personnel, ensuring smooth operation, scalability, and security of IT services. Reporting to the Director of IT, the Infrastructure Services manager ensures compliance with established incident and change management processes. This role collaborates closely with security teams, development teams, and other IT Stakeholders to optimize system performance, streamline software releases, and drive automation through infrastructure as code. Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Infrastructure Services Manager oversees the administration, maintenance, and optimization of core business applications and infrastructure. Ensures 99.9% uptime for mission critical systems, proactively monitoring and resolving performance issues. Leads the team in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system outages. Manages network and systems performance, applying best practices for optimization, security, and scalability. The Infrastructure Services Manager provides subject matter expertise on all infrastructure related technical issues. Ensures IT Infrastructure teams follow and enforce security and compliance requirements, including SOX, SOC 2, CJIS, and FedRAMP. Promotes efficient processes through the use of iterative Agile methodologies. The Infrastructure Services Manager supports the software development lifecycle activities, ensuring continuous delivery of customer-facing applications. Aligns the team priorities and processes with the overall business strategy, budget, and service level agreements. Manages task delegation, mentoring, dispute resolution, performance management, and recruitment. Identifies risks and communicates status of IT services, Project updates, and key performance indicators (KPI) to key stakeholders. Evaluates, recommends, and drives the implementation of new technologies and applications that supports the overall business strategy and technology improvements. Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy plans are implemented and managed for business continuity. Serve as a backup for technical disciplines within the scope of infrastructure services. May require on-call support for critical outages. Performs other duties as assigned.
