We are seeking a highly organized and motivated IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team. You will work independently on small to mid-sized projects, coordinating all aspects of project implementation, including scheduling, inventory tracking, and coordinating multi-site deployments.

What You'll Do Independently manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Work directly with site contacts to negotiate and schedule downtimes for cutovers. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure personnel are on-site as needed for project implementations. Manage inventory related to project implementations, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available when needed. Work with procurement to order and receive equipment in a timely manner. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and status reports. Ensure that all project documentation to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance of the implemented solutions is properly handed off to the Operations team upon project completion Address and resolve any issues that arise during project implementation, escalating to senior team members as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of project management practices within the team. What You'll Need 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within IT or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charting, and pivot tables. Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Online) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to project management. Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or server/storage projects. CAPM Certification a plus Knowledge of ITIL practices. Experience working in a multi-site environment. Your Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, supply chain, business administration, or in other related field
