Our client near Burlington MA is seeking a Project Manager with experience in infrastructure new installations of desktop, server and network infrastructure, hardware and software rollouts.

This is a 6 month contract role with 3 days a week onsite required near Burlington MA.

Requirements:

- 5+ years Project Management in IT Infrastructure

Project Plan Development and Maintenance: Create, update, and manage detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.IT Infrastructure Portfolio Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, report on, and adjust the IT project pipeline.Project Status Reporting: Prepare and share status reports on scope, goals, milestones, budgets, risks, and changes.Project Schedule Management: Update and maintain project schedules with inputs from functional teams.Budget Management: Assist in cost estimation, provide budget data, and track project budgets.Resource Management: Assign tasks, monitor staff availability, and update project plans with resource details.Risk Management: Document risks, mitigation strategies, and updates proactively.Stakeholder Management: Work with stakeholders to align project expectations with requirements.Business Analysis Integration: Incorporate technical and functional changes into project plans and assignments.Project Administration: Document meeting notes, track issues, and follow up on decisions and actions.
