Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for troubleshooting any problems or issues that arise with Windows and Macintosh desktops/laptops from the network drop to the desktop/laptop excluding security patches/updates. Responsible for providing in person technical support for internal customers. Responsible for providing White Glove support for Endpoint Compute to Senior Leaders and Executives.
Coordinate with customers, internal staff external partners to indentify technical solutions.Creates, maintains and updates documentation with most relevant information.Assess internal and/or client's business problems and recommend alternative solutions using independent judgement.Collaborates with all Information Technology & compliances policies.Deploy, offboard and maintain deskside hardware to internal customers.Support Windows, MacOS operating systems, printers and applications.Education and Experience:Education Bachelors/4yr degreeYears of Relevant Work Experience 4+ yrsYears of Management Experience NACertifications/Licenses CompTIA A+ Certification and Network+ certification, or a combination of equivalent and experience
Proficiency with support software such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft applications as well as a portfolio of software applications for both personal productivity and collaboration.
Proficiency with support software such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft applications as well as portfolio of software applications.ITIL, Cisco and Microsoft product certifications are a plus.OS and software deployment experience.A passion for providing excellent end user experience is required.Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
