About This Role

Responsibilities:

The IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineer for VOIP Call Center is a critical member of the Corporate IT team, responsible for solutions engineering and operations of iRhythm’s infrastructure and systems. Utilizing skills and experience, this person will work with peers on the Corporate IT team to design, test, build and productionalize our IT systems, including network, storage, compute, communication and collaboration services across our on-premise, co-location data centers, and cloud-based environments.

Duties in this role include:

Rsponsible for day-to-day technical activities within NICE InContact Platform Responsible for voip call quality feedback investigations and reporting Responsible for Call Center Enhancements within, but not limited to the NICE InContact Platform Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape Lead and participate in infrastructure and systems and application projects Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting and resolution Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems across the enterprise Develop solutions for international expansion

What You Need for this Position

Personal:

Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently. High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment. Discipline to document your work required. Ability to work with a project-oriented approach for deliverables. Experience operating in a 24x7 international company (US & EMEA) – Core hours 9am EST – 5pm EST U.S 5 years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise telephony. local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems Strong experience with enterprise call center voip platforms – NICE/ 8x8/ Talkdesk etc Very strong experience with troubleshooting voip protocols and network packet captures Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory. Experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach. Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Strong experience with Excel

Education and Certifications:

Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience VOIP Certification a plus M365 Certifications a plus AWS Certifications a plus Windows certification a plus
