Position Summary

The IT Integration Onboarding Analyst is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The IT Integration Onboarding Analyst supports the launch of new joint ventures (JVs). This role is responsible for configuring and deploying laptops, cellular phones, and tablets to team members at JV branch locations. The analyst will also guide new team members through device setup, orientation, and training on Compassus' suite of applications.


Position Specific Responsibilities

Prepares and configures laptops, cellular phones, and tablets for new team members at Compassus-managed JVs.Ensures all devices are functional, secure, and meet organizational IT standards.Travels to JV branch locations to provide in-person support during onboarding events.Assists team members with initial setup and orientation for assigned devices and software.Delivers training on common Compassus applications, ensuring team members can effectively use their devices and systems.Addresses and resolves basic hardware and software issues encountered during onboarding.Collaborates with the broader IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.Acts as the primary IT liaison during JV onboarding events, providing excellent customer service.Builds strong working relationships with new team members to ensure a smooth integration experience.


Education and/or Experience

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.Two (2) plus years of experience in IT support, device deployment, or a similar role.


Skills

Other Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows laptops, iOS/Android mobile devices, and tablets. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Basic knowledge of networking and security principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver technical instructions to non-technical users. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic travel schedule.Other Qualifications: Be available for extensive travel (up to 90% monthly), including overnight stays. Reside in Middle Tennessee area and work from the Brentwood office when not traveling.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy.


Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
