Job Description Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 administration and support. Basic technical support at the network level: User setup/configuration, PC LAN connectivity, printing, email, and other user related items. Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages. Understanding and troubleshooting operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.Qualifications:
College Sophomore standing or higher Computer Systems, Information Systems or Applied Science majors preferred 3.0 GPA or above preferred Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing and network systems. Telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. Technical awareness: ability to match resources and research technical issues appropriately. Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services supported. Ability to learn quickly to use remote support tools and techniques to provide IT services. Self-motivated, flexible and resourceful, with the ability to work in a fastmoving environment. Valid driver’s license required.Work Environment/Physical Demands:
