This is a full time, in person position in our Haverhill MA facility. The intern will work closely with our senior IT team members on developing and delivering data and solutions to drive business success. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering value adding IT/IS solutions and is eager to gain hands on experience with project management, software development, database administration, robotic process automation, private and public cloud infrastructure, and business application support and maintenance. Responsibilities: + Support senior team members in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues + Assist with user support and training + Provide support and problem resolution for end user computers and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure + Develop and deliver valuable information to end users through reporting and analytics solutions + Perform regular software updates and patches + Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures Pay rate range for this position is $20 to $22 per hour + Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field at an accredited college. + Basic understanding of computer systems and networks + Familiarity with database technologies + Experience with application development + Experience with report development + Strong problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
