Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Gains hands-on experience in diverse IT functions, inventory management, data analytics, and help desk support.
Responsibilities:

Data Analytics:Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns.Assist in creating reports, conducting data-driven assessments, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.Explore opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis outcomes.Inventory Management:Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.Conduct regular audits, update inventory databases, and recommend optimization strategies.Coordinate with procurement and IT teams to streamline inventory processes.Help Desk Support:Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to internal users.Respond to IT service requests, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex problems as needed.Document support activities, resolutions, and create user-friendly guides for common issues.Program Dates:

QualificationsPursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Basic understanding of dashboard creation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and data visualization concepts.Familiarity with inventory management principles and tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Additional Information
The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process.
