TMHCC Stop Loss, a $2 Billion division within TMHCC, leads the way in providing medical stop loss insurance sold to employers. Position Summary:

Under immediate supervision, learns, shadows, and provides support in a business unit or department of Tokio Marine HCC.

Key Responsibilities:

General Intern Duties.Perform assigned project work.Observe and interact with various professionals.Attending staff and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis.Complete, update, and distribute communications of various types.Solicitate feedback from multiple project participants and following direction.Assist with department responsibilitiesIdentify areas of improvement from QA perspective and follow-up with solutionsExecute manual testingRun the tests in the Dev and QA environments and file issues in Jira, a defect tracking toolWork closely with Enterprise Solutions Team to ensure timely delivery of the projectOther assignments as needed and assigned

Education, Experience & Knowledge:

Minimum Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program applicable to Information Technology, CIS, or Computer SciencePossess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and proceduresGood written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacyGood organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)General knowledge of application development, QA process (Playwright automation is a plus)Hybrid work schedule – 4 days in the Kennesaw, GA office, 1 days remote
