About the Intern Program

12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd 40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement new features.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.Contribute to the improvement of development processes and workflows.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application.Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT related degree.Basic understanding of programming languages.Familiarity with web development frameworks and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Team player with strong communication skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Passion for technology and a hunger to learn.Experience or desire to learn version control systems.Knowledge of Relational databases.Previous internship or project experience in software development.
