IT Internal Auditor

We are assisting our client, an asset management company, in their search for an IT Internal Auditor. The IT Internal Audit Contractor will collaborate closely with Internal Audit management, leveraging IT audit expertise to support a variety of concurrent audits, including risk assessments and compliance reviews related to regulatory requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Key Responsibilities:

Under the general guidance of the Senior Audit Manager or Manager, the IT Internal Audit Contractor will be responsible for:

Conducting internal audit assignments as part of the overall internal audit planExecuting controls testing in accordance with internal audit standardsFollowing up on the status of unresolved internal audit issuesAssisting Internal Audit management in preparing periodic reports for the Audit CommitteesCompleting management requests or conducting special reviews as assignedStaying informed about the regulatory environment of the mutual fund industry

Qualifications:
