What will you do? Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring installing, maintaining and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS and Windows OS issues, Retail POS,and Apple OS issues Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6) Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and tear down of laptops and projectors Maintain digital signage throughout the property Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures More about you Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, CIS Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems Capable of identifying problems and research solutions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures Physical requirements Are you able to perform all of the following: long-term standing, walking, bending, reaching, repetitive moving up to 50 pounds?
