Must Have Skills:

8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Demand Planning & Supply Plannning 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred IT Expertise in demand planning and demand sensing across multiple business units and lines of business (Snack, Beverage, Food) Experience in Demand and Supply Planning solution evaluations and application in planning and scheduling processes Familiarity or exposure to demand planning models and understanding and usage of statistical algorithms Understanding of master data needed for demand planning including customer and product hierarchies Familiarity or exposure to business and technical processes of inventory management, supply planning, production planning / scheduling and replenishment planning processes Experience with planning and forecasting for large projects and programs Experience on a major SAP transformation project

Nice to have skills:

Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, Azure Dev Ops, Quality Center and MS Project

Top responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Write business requirements, design documents and error free coding Provide support to functional team to identify the issue and resolution Technical support during the life cycle of incident Work with client PMO team & offshore team members to create/perform Project Management deliverables and stage gates
