Oracle / SQL developer, ability to create / understand complex queries Strong knowledge of relational datasets Ability to troubleshoot complex problems involving multiple variables, applications and teams Unix / Linux - basic knowledge of common commands Cloud computing (PCF) specifically knowledge of monitoring tools (BSM, Splunk, E2, etc.) Understanding of user permissions, entitlements Active Directory basic knowledge Change management procedures and policies Understanding of various file transfer protocols Understanding of scheduling tools (ie, Control-M)  Understanding of DRE's Commonly used apps: GSD, Tectia, SQL Developer, Active Directory, PCF, Jenkins, Splunk, ADAM, EIM, AIR, GSR, Asset Management DB, Service Now, PAR/TPAM, PLADA, SCOTT, Alert Suppression, Wily, xMatters, Jira, uCMDB
