Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Participate in meetings and coordination of projects with clients, departments and stakeholders Document, update and validate project plan requirements with Client Monitor, review and update project plans and provide status reporting to Client as required Review High Level Project Plan with Client Identify & monitor potential Risks and Issues on an ongoing basis Identify reporting requirements and setup appropriate Project Reporting Identify Customer teams to be involved. Review project scope and objectives with Customer IT teams, and request estimates and plans. Construct a high - level baseline Project Plan Participate in status review meetings and provide weekly status reports Provide status updates and request key decisions Create applicable Project Management deliverables Execute Project Engagement as per defined schedule Build and manage a project plan in MSP, to be kept in sync with PPM.
