Detailed Job Description:

Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IdentityNow development and deployment. Strong experience with hands-on knowledge on Identity and Access Management tool - SailPoint Identity IQ, SailPoint IdentityNow Access Governance, in Configuring Connectors, Role Management, Life Cycle Manager Provisioning and Access Certifications. Knowledge on Report generation, Integration with end/target systems and SailPoint Identity IQ APIs, REST APIs, Patch up gradation Experience with hands-on knowledge on SailPoint IIQ Designer & Analyzer tools. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems reported by our customers. Document problem solutions in company knowledge base. Present technical concepts in a clear manner. Participate in recurring support review meetings, presenting challenging cases and new ideas to the support team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required. Integration, Implementation, Support & Maintenance.
