Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent 5+ years of experience with MES (preferably Rockwell FactoryTalk production Center), RS Studio, RSLinx, PLCs, HMIs etc. is required in Discrete or Batch Manufacturing Team Management Ability to communicate with stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing / Process engineers), peer teams during issue resolution Ability to test MES with PLC (integration) Perform Root cause analysis and track issues to resolution Willing to work on Shop/Factory Floor, work in day or night shift based on business requirement (might need to stand/walk, work close to shop/factory equipment’s during work hours) Must have a strong knowledge on MES ISA-95 levels Analytical and Communication skills Knowledge or working experience on ITIL support framework and tools Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
