Experience -

At least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution Systems and ERP We are looking for experience in Manufacturing IT applications and expertise in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems and ERP The candidate will have to have sound knowledge in Discrete manufacturing and should have worked in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADA, MES and ERP. Work closely with Customer to gather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MES, ERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect. Should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them. Should have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills including addressing escalations, presenting status in management meetings.

Job requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Minimum 5 years of experience in Discrete Manufacturing domain, with implementation experience of Manufacturing Execution Systems preferably Sepasoft and Ignition SCADA Minimum 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Minimum 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management and Agile methodology Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel during requirement, design phase and key solution demo, conference room pilot meetings and site roll outs.
