Job Responsibilities:

More than 6 years of experience in IT Service Operations entailing Incident / Change / Problem Management Should be able to manage stakeholder relationships technical teams & vendors for successfully executing concurrent projects Maintaining deliverables as per the defined guidelines along with elevation of service standards for operational excellence Good knowledge of Service Now for ITSM module Good understanding of Incident and Problem flow Implementation of ITSM in Infra Production support project Good understanding of Infra Production Support Adhere to established IT policies, procedures and standards and ensure their conformance with information systems goals and procedures. Follow the established standards for documenting tickets, configurations, and standard operating procedures Interact with IT management frequently through timely reporting of ITSM activities, and with all team members on ITSM support and needs assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

6-8 years’ experience in ITSM Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of management under pressure and strict deadlines. Ability to provide guidance to others to improve team performance. Ability to communicate process information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and follow up on work. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
