Service Ownership. Transition the IT service ownership of the Crop portfolio end end. This includes the systems namely MDM Interfaces, external sources, hierarchy tools. Be the service owner representing as the front face for the US Crop IT team to all business stakeholders including Acquiring users. Actively participate in business meetings including the new projects to provide any requirements information on the current systems and participate in solution designing of the new system. Guide
