Basic domain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry Functional Design for any customization in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Define the solution and customization approach and prepare design documents Conduct workshops to review the solution, approach, documents and incorporate feedback Perform internal testing of the developed customizations Support SIT and UAT test case preparation and defect resolution Provide key user training for customizations and standard functions
