Understanding Project Key objectives, diagnosing and mapping client requirements, articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches. Implement controls to ensure that Project is delivered as per the schedule and cost. Ensure that Project objectives are met. Implementation of SAP S4H ERP to all business units Ensure timely delivery of phase wise deliverables Manage Local requirements and address those in co-ordination with offshore team as Change Requests. Co-ordination with offshore team and other stakeholders. Participate in Weekly Meeting and provide update on regular basis. Manage and communicate risk related to project affecting Time, Cost and action plan in co-ordination with project manager Manage implementation of integration layer with Legacy systems. System testing / Integrated Testing / User acceptance testing Assist / Validate / Own phases of Data conversion as applicable Go Live Support
