Detailed Job Description:

8 - 10+ years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of FICA, Billing, IDEX-MPM or Device Management Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore

Experience of atleast 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:

Requirement gathering Business process design SAP configuration RICEFW Functional design Systems and Integration Testing Resolving production issues

Hands-On Functional Experience of the following but not limited to:

Strong Understanding of end to end dunning process, Collection, Installment Plan using BRF+ methods Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process. Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment. Setup of Direct Debit Payments. Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print. Integration with Billing & FICO.
