Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Necessary Skill: A Lead Consultant/ Sr Test Manager in testing with expertise of setting up TCOE Should have worked in QA organization to define and implement the QA Roadmap Should have experience in QA maturity assessment and setting up QA framework Must have worked extensively with testing team to set up test automation framework, tool evaluation and making enterprise QA test strategy Have a strong customer focus and communication skills Worked on an Agile methodology Worked with a distributed team including offshore and ramped up the QA team for delivery Strong experience of project planning, tracking and dependency management Experience of defining and implementing metrics for QA programs Should be able to work with the IT team to lay out the QA plan, priorities, seek for budget, etc. Good to have skills: Experience of working with any Insurance product/platform/domain CSM/SAFe certified Experience of writing SOW/MSA from testing perspective Hands on experience of driving test automation projects
