Azure Subscription Management and Vendor Coordination
Azure Portal Access Administration
Coordinate with ConAgra support teams and Microsoft
Provisioning and de-provisioning of Azure Resources
Incident and Problem Management related to Azure related issues
Azure Blob Storage Management
Azure Data Lake Storage Management & Administration
Troubleshoot Azure networking issues and configuration
Periodic Service Health Checks & Performance Management
Azure Backup & Recovery Configuration and Management
Patching O/S on Azure VM’s
Azure infrastructure Monitoring Configuration and Enablement
Work with ConAgra Network support team for any connectivity issues between Azure and On-premise network
Assist application team during new application deployment and provisioning
Provide support to Application team in case of any application issues (i.e. Outage, performance issues etc.)
Join and provide support during any SWAT related to Azure.
Document and provide any risks on known issues in Azure environment
Implement remediation for any security vulnerabilities highlighted by ConAgra security team
Enable operation team on Azure support by providing required Knowledge transfer.
