Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an IT Site Support Generalist for one of their global clients in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. This candidate will be providing site level Infrastructure support (MS Office, Desktop, Printer, basic networking etc.) to various teams & levels of the business. They will be working to support remote employees 70% of the time, and on-site employees 30% of the time. This is a fully on-site position in Maryland Heights, MO.  - Specific responsibilities:    Ticket support for on-site/remote employees    Troubleshooting    MS Suite    Networking support    Hardware support Software support Compensation: $35/hr to $41/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
