Your Tasks:

 

IT Due Diligence
Conduct comprehensive IT assessments for potential M&A targets. Identify risks, opportunities, and integration challenges.  Target Operating Model (TOM) Development
Design and develop TOMs that align with business strategies and goals. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth. Integration Planning
Develop detailed integration plans for IT systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Stakeholder Management
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions. Compliance and Governance
Ensure all architectural solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks.

 

Your Profile:

 

Proven experience in IT architecture within M&A contexts. Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes.  Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A.Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. LeanIX) Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
