We’re looking for a senior IT Mainframe Technical Architect to join our Technical, Security Architecture & Standards team (TSA) within the IT department WMPC Technology to:

• evolve technical and hybrid architecture standards aligned with UBS digital principles
• provide modern architecture standards aligned with GOTO and WMPC principles, strategy and policies. Aligning and driving new demand for the mainframe with Technology Services
• guide strategic WMPC Technology initiatives in the adoption of tech standards
• provide technical mainframe architecture consulting and exemplary code using application templates and blueprints supporting WMPC Technology initiatives (e.g. cloud adoption, modern tech, etc.)
• innovate to bring the mainframe in alignment with cloud and fully integrated in a hybrid-cloud setup.
• push for a seamless and platform agnostic developer experience
