IT Management Support Specialist Location: Washington, US Job ID: 16480 Job Description Job Description: IT Management Support Specialist Location: Remote with occasional visits to D.C. as needed Citizenship/Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen able to obtain Public Trust Clearance Hill Associates Corporation is seeking an IT Management Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in a large Washington, D.C. Cabinet-level Federal agency. The position will report directly to the Bureau Chief Information Officer (BCIO) of an organizational component within OCIO. We are looking for a Resource Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our client’s daily requirements. The IT Management Support Specialist responsibilities include a variety of ad hoc assistance including, administrative support, resource management, budget support, and other workforce or front office work assignments, as needed. This work will be prioritized by the Task Manager, balancing other Task Order needs. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our client’s daily operations by providing personalized and timely support to the executive member.
