Responsibilities
Serves in a team leadership capacity with large-scale Application Development projects / programs
Leads the build-out or expansion of coding standards initiatives
Reports application progress and outcomes
Provides coaching and career development planning to junior Application Developer
Create Software Solutions. Work on a software team with other developers to create new modules and feature-functionality for the company’s management system.
Support Existing Software. Code, test, and prepare releases to existing software solutions following established design, coding and implementation methods and standards for specifications, development, testing and delivery.
This role involves working on a variety of systems and applications with challenges in mostly proprietary-built applications on the front-end web (React), back-end API (.Net Core), mobile, and Windows.
Quality Assurance. Carry out unit and system test plans.
Holds teams accountable to meet functional, quality, and timeline objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
5+ years application development experience with the Microsoft .NET platform
Strong .NET Core (C#) experience with Web Services/API's, HTML/CSS (Bootstrap)
Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, stored procedures, and database design
Thorough understanding of object-oriented development (OOD), Domain – driven design, including an in-depth knowledge of implementing RESTful, micro services design patterns and architectures
Strong experience in end-to-end data ingestion process from receiving, manipulating and publishing data via services.
Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience including gathering requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, etc.
Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, Agile, Observability)
Experience with Azure Function Apps.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, working in a team environment
Flexible to adapt to new technology updates.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
2+ Years of managing or leading technical teams.
Experience with React /Single Page Applications.
Development experience using cloud-based resource (Azure preferred)
