Overview of The Role 

At Saputo, where innovation meets opportunity, we are committed to driving digital transformation with purpose and precision. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the Digital Applications team, overseeing daily operations and strategic projects that align with our business goals.

This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

Lead and Develop Your Team: Cultivate a high-performing team by setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering professional growth through coaching and development initiatives.Drive Project Excellence: Oversee strategic digital projects, ensuring meticulous planning and execution while managing risks, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for maximum impact.Enhance Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, and continuously optimize the operational aspects of digital solutions to deliver reliable and scalable performance.Collaborate with Business Leaders: Partner with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities, leading collaborative workshops to design innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.Champion Change Management: Actively participate in change management activities, including developing training programs and supporting end-user adoption to ensure seamless transitions.Promote Workforce Productivity: Implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.Ensure Solution Quality: Maintain accountability for the quality and reliability of all digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams across cybersecurity, SAP, infrastructure, and other domains to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.Balance Multiple Priorities: Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining focus on delivery timelines and business objectives without compromising quality.

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership capabilities combined with exceptional business acumen, enabling strategic decision-making and effective team managementAt least (8) years of experience managing enterprise-grade IT systemsA minimum of (5) years of experience with the Microsoft solutions ecosystem, specifically the Power Platform, Office 365 and AzureA university or college diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldThe ability to operate in diverse business environments with interdependencies across multiple functional work-streams, teams, business divisions, time zones, cultures, and languagesA proven track record of being detail-oriented and organizedDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and process modeling using iterative development or Agile methodologiesStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business leaders, end users, IT analysts, designers, developers, and trainersExcellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate exchanges with business stakeholdersIdeally bilingual- English (required) and FrenchHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, and Power BI is a plus.

As part of their duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

Salary Range: $88,325 - $115,930

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
