Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a SR. IT Engineering Manager for our Golden Valley, MN location. In this role, you will identify and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions to meet the demands of the ACST business and engineering teams.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

\n\nHands on IT manager of the team that supports ACST across multiple sites and services.\nOwns and optimizes implementation, maintenance, and support of IT applications to meet business needs.\nLead the Desktop Support function to provide excellent customer service to internal users.\nResearching and identifying IT solutions and technologies that put ACST in the best position to respond to current and future business demands\n\n\nLiaise between parties to understand requirements and how to be the best change agent in the organization\n\n\nBuild and retain a strong technical team\n\n\nExcellent people management, interpersonal, delegation skills\nAbility to provide metrics to Sr. Leadership\nManage financial aspects of the Department, including purchasing and budgeting\n\n\nPeriodic work before or after hours to complete system and network updates\nUp to 15% travel required depending on location\nOther tasks as assigned\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE:

\n\n8+ years’ experience in building, operating, supporting, and securing IT solutions.\nExperience with building and supporting a VDI environment\n5+ years experience with managing technical staff.\n\n\nU.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.\n\n
