As an IT Manager, Field Services at MKS, you will partner with Internal Teams & Stakeholders to responsible ensuring the organization's effective delivery, management, and improvement of IT services. You will involves overseeing the IT team, managing incidents and changes, and aligning IT services with business goals to maintain high service quality and efficiency. In this role, you will report to the Regional Sr. IT Manager Field Services.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).Ensure IT services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Manage local asset inventory, ensure compliance with Company standards.Provide a bridge between security, technical staff, IT operations and business leadership.Manage knowledge documentation related to the role.Develop and manage the IT service budget efficiently.Coordinate projects related to the local region.Work with Business Relationship Managers, Project Management Organizations, and business leadership to architect I.T. solutions to meet business requirements.Cost control activities including budgeting and the creation/approval of purchase requisitions and/or purchase orders is required.IT vendor management is a critical aspect of this position. Vendors may be local, regional, or global. Participation in vendor governance activities is required.Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.Travel as needed to support all sites in the assigned geographic area.Travel Requirements: Up to 10% of Travel is required.Skills You Bring:
10+ years related experience, including management in a support services structures and/or IT projects/solutions implementation, construction projects/programs.Must have an excellent customer service mindset.Working knowledge of: (Windows Client, GPOs, O365, Azure Active Directory, MFA, SSO, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, and ServiceNow).Support/Management experience with Laptops/Desktops, Server, Network, Mobile Phones, and Printers.Experience with large scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems.Must carry strong interpersonal and communication skills and display a positive can-do attitude both internally and externally.Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills is a must.Experience working in a global organization.Experience working in manufacturing environment IT support, a plus.Project management experience, a plus.#LI-DNI
