Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Manager, Infrastructure in San Leandro, CA. As the Manager of IT Infrastructure, you will oversee all infrastructure hardware and software, cloud resources, and vendors for the shared services IT organization. Key Responsibilities: * Develop Strategies in collaboration with the Director, IT Infrastructure: Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure the Infrastructure team's capacity meets existing and future requirements; Use ongoing improvement methods to enhance how Infrastructure is managed and monitored, change infrastructure to a national/global model, and lower technical debt * Implement Process and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and associated training plans in support of the Infrastructure team's strategies; Ensure infrastructure IT processes align with the corporate strategies and goals * Implement and maintain Infrastructure Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Participate in developing IT Infrastructure strategies with the IT Director and establish service level Objectives with business units; Use data from key performance indicators (KPI) to guide choices and plans; Ensure the IT Infrastructure team knows and works towards meeting KPI Targets and strategic goals; Regularly monitor and report on KPIs to senior management * Collaborate with the Business: Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent Infrastructure activities; Collaborate with Group IT, and group-defined vendors for ongoing Infrastructure operations of group-provided products & services * Continuously evolve the infrastructure: Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all Infrastructure procurement and development efforts
