This is a pivotal role for a proactive leader who can define and direct the company's software architecture and IT strategy. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Design and implement computerized systems to enhance efficiency through automation and optimization of business processes. + Define and direct the company’s overall software architecture and IT strategy. + Maintain and upgrade ERP/MRP systems, ensuring their effectiveness in supporting business needs. + Collaborate with department managers to identify business processes and translate them into system requirements for automation. + Evaluate, select, and implement software packages to streamline business processes. + Monitor, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware, including user devices, network infrastructure, and server hardware. + Manage and maintain network switches, servers, and related infrastructure. + Supervise and lead the IT staff across two locations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. + Oversee IT resources to ensure their optimal use for project completion and system maintenance. + Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams to achieve corporate objectives. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate IT systems and staff. + Proven experience in automating business processes, particularly in manufacturing environments. + Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, with preferred experience in Epicor ERP and SQL. + Hands-on experience in network and server management. + Associate’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
